Dingemans Aromatic Malt will add a strong malt aroma and a deep colour to your beer. It can also help with flavour stability. The malt tends to be low in diastatic power therefore it can only be used up to 30%. Great for Trappist, Abbey, Amber, Ales and Bock beer styles.
